All sales of digital products from Cindy Leigh Media are final.
Because our products are delivered as instant digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the download link has been accessed. This is standard practice for digital goods and is consistent with consumer protection guidelines for downloadable products.
We stand behind our products. If you experience a technical issue with your download — such as a corrupted file, a broken link, or trouble accessing your purchase — please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at hello@cindyleighmedia.com, and we will make it right promptly.

Coaching Sessions:
Sessions are held via Zoom and recorded for your reference.
My 1-on-1 calendar is intentionally limited, so please book when you’re ready to show up. If you need to reschedule, I ask for at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable. (if you have a legitimate emergency, please reach out to me directly)
I do have a three-reschedule limit per client. If we’ve rescheduled three times, I reserve the right to close future booking access. No-shows are non-refundable, no exceptions.
